All shipping originates from Brisbane QLD, postcode 4115. We utilize the services of Australia Post for our regular sized items. Some larger items will ship via our nominated courier service.Delivery Time
Please feel free to contact us regarding delivery times, many of our items are kept in stock, others need to be ordered and some need to be framed. These variables mean that delivery times may vary from item to item but is usually from 3 - 5 days for unframed items and 2 - 4 weeks for framed items.
Returns
www.sportscrazy.com.au highly values its customers and there support and will work closely with them should they not be happy with there purchase.
Should the situation arise where goods are sent back due to customer error or change of mind, all packaging, postage and insurance is at the cost of the customer (purchaser).
All products must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents and of course, your receipt.
When am I entitled to a refund?
Under Australian Lesiglation, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or repair if something you bought:

Businesses do not have to give you a refund if:
